Air Conditioning

Do you know what SEER means? It stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and is used to rate the efficiency of air conditioners (ACs) and heat pumps.

New air conditioners have much higher SEER ratings than older models, making a new air conditioner purchase a worthwhile investment for your Pleasant Prairie, WI, home. Midwest Heating & Cooling provides top-quality installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance services.

Does your outdoor condenser unit make strange (or loud) sounds whenever you switch on the air conditioner? Perhaps your home takes longer to cool down these days—you may have a refrigerant leak. If you suspect any problems with your air conditioning unit, give us a call. We always offer accurate, up-front quotes.

Our Maintenance Care Plans offers Pleasant Prairie homeowners significant cost savings, priority service, notification alerts, and other benefits.

Air Ducts

If you want to improve the indoor air quality (IAQ) of your Pleasant Prairie, WI, home, a good place to start is with your air ducts. Tightly sealed ductwork, cleared of accumulated dust, debris, and other contaminants, is a breath of fresh air for you to enjoy.

Clogged ducts do just the opposite. They restrict the airflow and stress out your heating and cooling equipment. Your system now has to work harder to circulate the air around your Pleasant Prairie home, costing you more in energy bills.

Midwest Heating & Cooling is a trusted source when it comes to maintaining your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Why take a chance with your investment?

Boilers

Modern boilers are energy-efficient systems built to last. They are durable, easy to install, and require little maintenance. Plus, they create radiant heat, which tends to warm objects in a room more effectively than a forced-air system that turns on and off.

Midwest Heating & Cooling can help you determine if a boiler is right for your Pleasant Prairie, WI, home. Boilers do not use air ducts and are less likely to stir up dirt or dust, making them a sensible option for anyone with asthma or allergy issues.

I could not be happier with my experience with Midwest Heating & Cooling. From my initial call this morning regarding my air conditioning issue, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They quickly scheduled a service appointment, sent a text notification when I was next in line, and Brady called with an accurate estimated time of arrival. He arrived right on time and immediately made a great impression. Brady was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. He walked me through my options without any pressure and helped me feel confident about choosing the best solution for my home. It was clear that Brady takes pride in his work and represents Midwest Heating & Cooling exceptionally well. Every part of the experience was positive, and I would highly recommend both Brady and the company to anyone in need of service.

I had an AC replacement with Midwest. The service from the first visit for estimation all the way to completion was incredibly professional. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I had a few issues with my new unit, they went above and beyond in terms of communication and making sure they could correct the issue as soon as possible. While every Midwest tech I’ve met so far has been great, but shout out to Garrett for checking in multiple times and taking time to help troubleshoot.
